The historic acoustic recordings of Eddie
King and Johnny Dean have begun to be
followed later with a live CD of both
acoustic and electric material.  These
cuts are Eddie and Johnny fooling
around in the studio like they have done
going back many years for the W.C.
Handy award winning LP,
Another Cow's
Dead.
 Eddie and Johnny are joined by
St. Louis native, Phil Sheppard on
harmonica.  These rare, live tracks nor
any others from this session will not be
released on CD.  Johnny will be using a
Dobro and other instruments as well as
vocals and Eddie will be singing songs
going back to his very deep roots since
he was on radio at the age of 5
throughout the South. Listen for Eddie
King and Johnny Dean on your local
blues station or a venue near you soon!!

except Alaska, as well as
numerous cruise ships,
and just a few years ago
in Lebanon.

Johnny Dean, joined by Bob Stroger, Johnny Drummer, and Steve Ditzell.  This will be the first time in over 45 years that
Eddie King, Bob Stroger, and Johnny Drummer have played together.  Glenn Davis and Johnny Dean will be engineers and
producers of these sessions to take place in  Chicaco, Illinois in January, 2008.  Eddie King will be recording new versions of
some of his classic hits including
Love Ya Baby and a song that answers his world known hit Kitty Kat.
